When you start a project, the progress and the changes made; depends on the agreement you have with the freelancer. Note that only conversation held on the Colargig platform will be taken into consideration when settling a dispute.

Yes, there is. Click on your profile, then click the Package menu. The
subscription plans would be displayed and you can select “Client pro”.

Click on the services tab on the header of the web page, the available services
are displayed. Select the service you are interested in, then proceed to the payment

As a client, you are on the free (Client basic) plan by default.

Fill out the feedback form and rate the freelancer based on the questions asked, then

As a freelancer, after you have signed in and verified your email address, proceed to upload a valid means of identification (which would be approved within 24hours). Then click on the “send proposal” in the job details page. Populate all fields, writing a brief cover letter in the description box why you think the client should hire you. Also provide a link to your portfolio for the Client, it increases your chances of getting hired.

On your dashboard, click the “withdraw now” button where you can see your
available balance. Alternatively, you can also click the “payout settings” button in the
drop down options available on the right (beneath your profile picture), then click on the
“withdraw now” button, input the amount you would like to withdraw (an amount greater
than or equal to N1,000) and request for withdrawal. Please note that your account
would be credited within 48 hours.

Typically, all withdrawals requested are honored immediately, but for banking
procedures, our freelancers receive the value in Not more than 48hours.

Click the Payouts settings on your dashboard, in the bank transfer section,
populate all the details (Bank account Name, Bank Account Number, Bank Name) and
then click submit.

Click on the dispute button found in the left panel of your dashboard, then click
on the create disputes icon. Select the project title from the drop down list, input dispute
reason and then articulate the dispute details. Click the send dispute button. Our support
personnel will get in touch with you within 12 hours of receiving your dispute request.

On your dashboard, scroll through the options and you can view your past
earnings on the right.

On your dashboard, scroll down through the options and the available amount
is displayed under the “available balance” icon.

Your pending balance is the amount of money that is currently in the Collargig
system while you are executing a project for your client. That is, when you are hired for a
project, the client makes the payment to Collargig pending the time you complete the
project and the client deems it satisfactory. After the client marks the job complete, the
amount of money automatically becomes your available balance which you then see in
the available balance section. This is the amount of money available to you for
withdrawal.

When you are hired for a project, that project automatically moves to the
ongoing project section in your dashboard. From the drop down button in your profile
picture (top right), click on manage projects and then click on ongoing projects, a list of
your ongoing projects is displayed. Alternatively, scroll down through the options on your
dashboard and a list of your ongoing projects is displayed at the bottom left. 

Click on the account setting on the menu, then click on the billing address and
update with a new billing address. Click on the save and update button to ensure the
new address is reflected in all your invoices from Collargig

click your picture or from the left panel), click on manage account then slide the radio
button on “New Project Notifications” green. Click on the “save accounts settings” button
to save your changes.

Click on the job to view its details, then fill the form in the report project section
(on the right) and click the ‘Submit’ button. You will get a response within 24 hours.

Click on the Client Name (on top of the Project Title in the list of projects), the
Client profile page is opened and on the report client session (bottom left), fill out the
form and click the submit button. Your request will be attended to within 24 hours.

information. Then you click the ‘save & update’ button.

opens up and then your list of proposals you have sent will be displayed with a ‘edit
proposal’ and then click the ‘send’ button when you are done.

As a freelancer, your account default is free. You have the option to post 5
services, 2 numbers of skills, you have been given 5 units of credits, you have a badge
that appears on your page and you also have a banner option. If you want your jobs to
be featured and you need more points to post more jobs, you can click on the package
feature to see the premium package for clients.

This is a store of value that any user can use to transact on collargig

The badge signifies proficiency based on number of jibs completed. It resources
confidence in the client when making hiring decision

Yes, there is. Click on check package expiry on your dashboard, the premium
package for freelancers opens.

click your picture or from the left panel), click on password, input you current password
and new password, then click on change password button
